Saturday Night Rectory Gatherings

Saturday night Rectory Gatherings generally take place on a monthly basis.  All the names of our registered parishioners have been placed into a drawing. Every two weeks we will draw "out of the hat" the names of parishioners (whether couples or individual members), until we reach 20 people.

When your name(s) is drawn, you will be contacted about two weeks prior to the scheduled gathering. If you are unable to attend the night for which your name was drawn, we will put your name back in until it is drawn again. These gatherings are for couples and individual members 18 and over; and they will be great opportunities to get to know one another and meet new people!

Every person registered at St. James will have the opportunity to come to the Rectory for one of these evenings; and for that reason, it will take about 42 Saturdays to make it through the whole parish. Please know that your name will come up, but it will take a couple of years to complete.

1.  The Evening begins at 6:00 pm (immediately following the 5:00 pm Mass) and ends at 8:00 pm.
2. Heavy hors d'oeuvres, wine, water, coffe and tea will be served.
3. The dress code for the evening is business casual.
4.  This will be an opportunity for Father John to meet parishioners and an occoasion for parishioners to meet one another.
